The girls have finally finished their 3rd set of swim lessons with Lana and I am so proud of them. They recalled what to do quickly and we were done in only 2 weeks!
Lillie has figured out that if she floats she doesn't have to swim and will stay in a float until she eventually floats to the wall and can touch it with her hand or foot. Sophie is the opposite of Lillie and would rather swim than float. She has a really strong swimmer and can go much further than Lillie.
They have to be able to do the swim-float-swim sequence in summer clothes and winter clothes to pass this series of lessons. This is a video of them in their winter clother which consists of: a REAL diaper (the one that takes on a ton of water), long pants, long sleeve shirt, jacket with hood, and shoes & socks.

It seems to go hand in hand for true happiness. After graduating from UF with my Finance degree I had these grand plans for my career. 8 years later and 5 kids, 3 businesses, and a crazy chaotic life, nothing turned out as planned - so much better.
